Easy to install and remove

1. Press the latch with your thumb and move the lever upwards - the bar is ready for lengthwise adjustment.	2. Move the lever to 90 degrees and the Bar is now locked in the required lengthwise position. No pinched fingers. Easy to work with.	3. Fasten the bar between truck walls or between ceiling and floor. The Bar is spring-loaded - no risk of damage to the walls.
